Meet Rebecca Mayo-Pitts:
There are a few traits that are a pretty sure thing when seeing me: laughter, sincerity, directness, and on occasion…a bit of sassiness. My best hope for a long term relationship is one that sits on a rock solid foundation of mutual respect, honesty, laughter, friendship, and good sex. When visiting me, you can expect a thoughtful and detailed exploration of your relationship foundation and how life’s heaviness has worn away or injured your partnership. I help you uncover an honest assessment of what brings you together and what pushes you apart. This process involves asking questions, exploring changes, and making an effort to find things that keep you connected and known to one another. You’ll find me to be an active and directive supporter. In my experience, people want help and safety in saying the hardest and most vulnerable of emotions. I believe with enough safety and relationship building, the therapy room can be such a place of healing, opening up, and connecting. I find that I cherish the individual lives, triumphs, and pain that the humans in front of me share. I feel deeply grateful for your trust and hold it with care and respect.
