Leigh Beck, LCSW-C
Columbia, MD
I’m a therapist with 13 years of experience, passionate about helping couples strengthen connection, resilience, and emotional closeness. I take a collaborative, strength-based approach, helping partners recognize patterns, communicate effectively, and feel seen, heard, and valued. I remind couples that connection doesn’t mean agreement; it means understanding, and work to create a safe, supportive space where growth and healing are possible. My style is warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and direct, focused on helping each couple achieve their own definition of success.
