Meet Lisa Ghali
I approach relationship therapy with the belief that most partners want the same things, and that is to feel seen, heard, and understood. But over time, communication patterns can break down, leaving couples stuck in cycles that feel frustrating. My role is to help partners identify those patterns and explore new ones that feel more supportive and connected. My style is open, curious, and collaborative. In our first session, I invite each partner to share their perspective without judgment. I pay attention not only to what’s said, but how it’s said. Together, we will begin to make sense of what’s happening and why. I believe most relationship challenges don’t stem from one single issue, but from how repeated experiences of miscommunication or unmet needs are handled over time. What often looks like criticism, distance, or withdrawal is really a signal that something important needs attention. Conflict doesn’t mean something is broken. It can be a doorway to understanding, healing, and growth. Change is possible and we’ll navigate it together, one conversation at a time.
