Victoria Ipsen, LCSW
Midlothian, VA
In our first session, I often tell couples, “I want to meet you before I meet your problems.” I take a strengths-based approach, learning about your story, your connection, and the good times that brought you together before exploring challenges. I believe most problems are solvable and that each partner has the ability to contribute to a healthy, thriving relationship. My role is to guide you with empathy, kindness, and even a little humor, helping couples navigate challenges and emerge stronger and more connected.
