With over 10 years of experience as a couples counselor, my philosophy weaves together trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and emotionally focused techniques to help couples reconnect with empathy, clarity, and purpose. I believe many couples don’t struggle because of a lack of love, but because they’ve lost the tools to express it in ways that feel safe and nourishing. In our work together, I create a collaborative and supportive space where healing can begin with small moments of understanding, softened defenses, and renewed compassion. From the very first session, I listen deeply, reflect back patterns, and begin mapping a path toward trust, stability, and lasting connection. I bring both expertise and steadiness to my work. I feel especially confident supporting couples struggling with communication, trauma, infidelity, substance abuse and conflict dynamics. My style is intuitive, structured, and emotionally attuned, always centered on the belief that committed relationships can be a profound source of healing, growth, and joy. For me, witnessing couples rediscover compassion and build healthier, more resilient bonds is one of the most meaningful parts of being a therapist.
