With nearly 20 years of experience working with couples, families, and individuals, my approach focuses on identifying communication patterns, understanding individual needs, and finding balance within the relationship system. I help couples connect past experiences to their present dynamics, highlighting that growth often requires adjusting old habits because relationships naturally evolve with life’s transitions. A healthy, committed relationship can be a powerful foundation for life, offering the acceptance and support we all need to thrive in every role we play. I view therapy as a collaborative process, modeling open communication and teamwork so couples can carry those skills beyond our sessions.
In our work together, we begin by exploring moments when you’ve felt most connected and how we can build on those strengths. You’ll leave our first session with a deeper understanding of how stress and past experiences influence your reactions and practical ways to reduce their impact. As couples begin to heal, they often notice a change not only in how they communicate, but also in how they feel physically and emotionally when doing so. Drawing on my training in trauma and parts work, I help couples process pain, manage life transitions, and rebuild trust through small, intentional shifts. My goal is to help you understand that your feelings make sense and that change, healing, and renewed connection are truly possible.
