Mary Rainer-Skala is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience helping couples and families. She is an accomplished family systems therapists specializing in attachment issues and trauma. She leads the Well Marriage Center trauma-informed care response. She works with all couples, especially those who have experienced infidelity, high-conflict couples, and couples who have lost that “spark.”
In addition to her master’s degree and LCSW certification, Mary has advanced training focused on couples work that includes the Gottman Method, the Developmental Model, several Trauma & Traumatic Stress certifications, Sand Tray therapies certifications, Neurobiology and Rewiring the Brain, Attachment, EFT, and Expressive Arts Work for Trauma.
Mary holds in-person sessions in Leesburg, VA, as well as virtual sessions across all of Virginia.
