Nicole is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience working with couples and in relationship contexts. She looks at mental health from the lens of relationship and connectedness. She provides couples therapy for general relationship health, high couples conflict, and affair recovery and welcomes all couples, whether in traditional or non-traditional relationships.
In addition to her master’s degree and LMFT certification, her training in multiple models of therapy beneficial to couples, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, shows she is dedicated to finding the most support and the most access to a couples’ own resources, while opening clients up to change.
Nicole holds in-person sessions in Cary, NC as well as virtual sessions across all of North Carolina.
